Had zero issues with the storage facility at the location. Wasn't the happiest with the payments going from 105 to 120 over 4 years time. In a few more years it would be a car payment. Chose to move it to a family members garage to save money.

I have been coming here for years. On and Off, no matter what State I was residing in, I always knew my belongings were safe. I'm back in Indy and so this is home to my things once again, since I downsized. I would recommend this Storage facility over any I've ever rented from in 15 years. I love the lady in the office, she always remembers me, no matter how long it has been.

Cannot say enough good things about this facility. The staff was so courteous, caring and responsive.

I love Fairview place self storage. I've been a customer for about a year now and have had a great experience. They've always been friendly and helpful, not to mention the great prices. I also love the fact that they will let you move in for basically free with their moving truck. Would definitely reccomend!

The staff was very friendly and helped us pick the right size storage unit for my son's things. He was relocating and needed a place to store all his furniture and other belongings for a couple of months. Two months turned into four months and there was no problem extending the lease on the unit. The unit we had was inside and dry. The outside areas are well maintained and clean. Would definitely use them again!
