When can I move in?

If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs you can move in anytime.

How much notice needs to be given before I move out?

We require a 5 day notice before you move out.

What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

We require a government-issued ID (examples: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise.

Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?

No. At the time of signing you will be given your own security pass code that will allow you access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express. We also offer numerous options to make your payment. We can set up your account to automatically charge your credit card or checking account each month to avoid late fees. You can also login to our website and after creating an account, you can pay your bill. Automated phone payments are also available. Payment options are completely free of charge.

Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?

Yes. We sell many sizes of normal boxes. We also have specialty boxes for flat panel TVs and dishes. We also have bubble wrap and peanuts too. Please make sure to visit the office before you pack your belongings. We offer a 20% discount at move-in for all boxes and packing supplies.

How do I know how much storage space I will need?

You can either use our Storage Calculator on our website or call our manager for assistance.

Can I just stop by to view the facility and storage spaces or do I need an appointment?

Stop by anytime between our office hours; 9:00am - 6:00pm Monday – Friday; 9:00am - 5:00pm Saturday for a complimentary tour of our facility. Please call ahead, let us know what time is convenient for you, so that we can schedule that time for you.

Do I need to bring my own lock?

A lock is required for the unit. We have a wide variety of locks that come with a lifetime warranty. If you have your own lock you are welcome to bring it.

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
